Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying tickets, joining as a member or donating online. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:
- Non-refundable: All ticket sales are final. Under no circumstances will refunds, cancellations, or exchanges be permitted for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather.
- One-time entry: Each ticket grants a single, one-time entry to the venue for the specific date printed on the ticket. Re-entry is strictly prohibited; once you exit the venue, your ticket becomes invalid and you cannot return using the same ticket.
- Identity verification: Valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the ticket may be required at the entrance gate.
- Event changes: The event organizers reserve the right to alter the artist lineup, performance schedule, or venue layout without prior notice and without issuing refunds.
- Right of admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder who displays inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or fails to comply with venue safety regulations.
- Memberships: A membership runs for the term shown when you join, from the day payment is received; renewing early adds a full term to the current one. Membership fees are non-refundable. Early ticket access depends on tickets being available and does not guarantee a place.
- Donations: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and go towards the association's festivals, programs and community work. A receipt is emailed for every donation; it is an official receipt for income tax purposes only where it says so.
- Your information: We use the names, contact details and preferences you give us only to run your registration, membership or donation and to contact you about them. We do not sell or share them. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
